Payments for your AI app,
in one API.

Sell access to your AI app, bot or SaaS with a Stripe-compatible REST API. Ripey hosts the checkout and tells your server when a payment is verified.

Pre-launch · test mode: payments use simulated USDC and no real money moves.

01 / Integrate

Create a checkout. Trust the webhook.

If you’ve built on Stripe, you already know the objects.

Create a checkout session
curl https://pay.ripey.app/v1/checkout/sessions \
  -H "x-api-key: $RIPEY_SECRET_KEY" \
  -H "content-type: application/json" \
  -d '{
    "mode": "payment",
    "line_items": [{ "price": "price_z_...", "quantity": 1 }],
    "success_url": "https://yourapp.com/thanks",
    "client_reference_id": "user_42"
  }'
# → { "id": "cs_z_...", "url": "https://pay.ripey.app/c/..." }
Grant access from the webhook
// On checkout.session.completed, grant access to the user in client_reference_id.
const event = verifyRipeyEvent(rawBody, req.headers["zoneless-signature"], process.env.RIPEY_WEBHOOK_SECRET);
if (event.type === "checkout.session.completed" && event.data.object.payment_status === "paid") {
  await grantAccess(event.data.object.client_reference_id);
}

The full signature check is on the developers page.

02 / Steps

Four steps to your first payment.

  1. Get a test keyOpen a store, then Dashboard → Developers → API keys. Test keys start with sk_test_.
  2. Create a product and priceAmounts are in cents: 2900 = 29.00 USDC.
  3. Create a checkoutFrom your server, then redirect the buyer to the hosted payment page.
  4. Fulfil from the webhookGrant access when the signed checkout.session.completed event arrives.
